Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications Change Request No. 96-06-0 Company Name Change Supplement
Dear NRC Officials:
By letter dated February 25,1997, PECO Energy submitted Technical Specifications (TS)
Change Request No. 96-06 0 for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2, requesting a change to the LGS Facility Operating License, and Appendix A and Appendix B of the license, reflecting a corporate name change, removal of obsolete information, and correction of typographical errors.
PECO Energy is supplementing TS Change Request No. 96-06-0 by modifying the appearance of Unit 1, Facility Operating License (FOL) page 8.
FOL paragraph 2.E was amended (LGS, Unit 1, Amendment No. 9) by NRC letter dated
- August 3,1988. The paragraph designation E. will be retained in order to prevent confusion regarding the preceding and subsequent FOL paragraphs (i.e.,2.A. thru 2.G.). The proposed
- FOL page 8 will reflect that paragreph 2.E has been superseded by the information contained in Amendment No. 9.
This supplement does not change the information supporting the Finding of No Significant

Hazards Consideration Section, contained in our February 25,1997 request letter. Attachment 1 to this letter contains the camera ready Unit 1 FOL page 8. This information is being submitted under affirmation, and the required affidavit is enclosed.
