An NRC inspection was conducted on January 12-16,1998, at your River Bend Station reactor
fncility. The enclosed report presents tl.a scope and results of that inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection included portions of your physical security program.
We determined tnat your physical security program was properly implemented,
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
