1 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of i

$24,500 to cover increases in fringe and overhead costs as allowable by DCAA for FY 1996-1997 (reference DCAA Audit Report Nos. 3121-98B10250016 for 1996 and 3121-98B10250056 for 1997). NOTE: In accordance with FAR 52.232-22, the indirect costs to be covered as projected by the contractor for FY 1998-99 will only be considered as allowable when pending DCAA audits for those fiscal years are approved. The contractor shall currently bill with indirect rates approved at this time by DCAA until the audits for FY 1998-99 are completed.

This action increases the obligated amount from $884,556 to $909,056. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:

Under Section B, Paragraph B.3," CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST REIMBURSEMENT (JUNE 1988)- ALTERNATE I (JUNE 1988)"is hereby revised to read as follows:
