ACTIONAL'ERT STOP THE RESTART OF MILLSTONE UNIT #3 To:
Dr. Shirley Ann Jackson, Chairperson U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C. 20555-0001 NU's frightening mismanagement does not warrant the restart of Millstone Unit #3. I am concemed because of employees' fears of retalip' ion, pipe breaks, back-up system failures, falsified inspection n ports, violation of radiation control regulations, improper repairs, failure of operations on qualifi-c: tion tests and the contamination of the soil, ground water, the air, and also Long Island Sound.
Sincerely, if u ln /tt [( m/M IM Q. Huad.\\t-U u. Hg) a ot wi t
