Revision to Core Operatit Limits Report for Cycle 11 Ladies and Gentlemen:
Encle. sed is a copy of Revision I of the Davis Desse Nuclear Power Station, Unit I (DBNPS)
Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for the current Cycle 11 operation. This revision to the COLR is being submitted in accordance with DBNPS Technical Specification 6.9.1.7.
Revision I revises Section 1.0," Core Operating Limits," to reference the operating cycle licensed length, and replaces Figure 5," AXIAL POWER IMBALANCE Protective Limits" with a revised figure. The former change is to provide a ready reference to operating cycle length for use in interpolating data. The latter chana s is due to the transition from 18 month to 24 month cycle surveillance intervals, combined me implementation of revised methodology for calculating Reactor Protection System Instrumentation Trip Sepoint Allowable Values under Operating License Amendment Number 218 dated December 2,1997.
