1 ACTIONALERT STOP THE RESTART OF MILLSTONE UNIT #3 Tb:

Dr. Shirley r[nhackson, Chaiyerson U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Cornmission Washington, D C. 20555 0001 NU's frightening mismanagement does not warrant the restart of Millstone Unit #3. I am concemed because of employees' fears of retaliation, pipe breaks, back-up system failures, falsified inspection reports, violation of radiation control regulations, improper repairs, faihire of operations on qualifi-cation tests and the contamination of the soil, ground water, the air, and also Long Island Sound.
