I am concemed because of employees' fears of retaliation, pipe breaks, back-up system failures, falsified inspection reports, violation of radiation control regulations, improper repairs, faihire of operations on qualifi-cation tests and the contamination of the soil, ground water, the air, and also Long Island Sound.
