This letter appeals the decision of the Commission to deny the release of documents requested by the Government Accountability Project (GAP) regarding the Wolf. Creek Generating Station. The NRC's letter denying the release of the requested documents was received in this office on November 18, 1985.
Specifically we appeal the denial of the documents identified on Appendix 0, P, and Q.
