I am concemed because'of employees' fears of retaliation, pipe breaks, back-up system failures,' falsified inspection reports, violation,of radiation control regulations, improper repairs, failure of operations on qualifi-cction tests and the contamination of the soil, ground water, the air, and also I.ong Island Sound.
