This is in partial response to your letter dated February 14, 1986, in which.
you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), access to all documents released to Ms. Laurie Fowler pursuant to F0IA requests Nos.
F01A-86-42 and FOIA-86-43.
Copies of NRC's February 5,1986, initial response letter to F01A-86-42 and appendices are enclosed. The NRC had previously responded to another request (F01A-83-510) for similar records. The documents which we disclosed in response to those requests may be obtained from the NRC Public Document Room (POR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. We are enclosing a notice which explains procedures and charges for obtaining records from the POR.
The NRC has not completed its search for and review of documents subject to F01A-86-42 and FOIA-86-43. We will notify you as soon as those actions are completed.
