Ref (2) advised licensees that all radiography devices and associated equipment manufactured after 1/10/92 must meet 10 CFR 34.20 performance requirements, by 1/10/96.
Ref (3) enclosed, inter alia, a copy of an engineering analysis for rigid guide tubes / stops submitted to Florida for demonstration of compliance wiD a similar Agreement State rule.
Ref (4) under 10 CFR 34.20(a)(2), (b)(5) & (c)(8) permits an engineering analysis of guide tube performance to withstand crushing and kinking and tension, to demonstrate compliance with Ref (5).
Ref (6) requested another copy of the engineering analysis, since ou. earlier copy may have been archived in 10/96, following termination of your NRC license in 1994. \
Ref (7) enclosed the requested copy, and upon review, we concur with the engineering analysis
