1 Human Performance Program

+ A tight fit with the CAP is key to a successful Human Performance Program

- Trending from the C AP shows when improvements are being made

- Trends provide input for type and breadth of management intervention

- Data collection helps identify ifissues are site-wide or in a single area

- Trend database used for the site-wide Common Cause Analysis ,

i e

Human Performance Program

+ Third Quarter Common Cause Analysis.

- Evaluated CAP data as it applies to human performance

- Looked at organizations and processes where highest number of human errors have been observed

- Each organization evaluated their own data

- Corrective Action Group evaluated the data for.
