Contred No. 10 94 147 Modification No. 5 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise Subsection B.4 to decrossw the contract ceiling amount by $15,585 from $354,000 to $338,415 and decrease the contract funding by $15,585 from $354,000 to $338,415. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES / COSTS. SUBSECTION B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERV ORDERS (JUNE 1988). The first sentence of paragraphs si and b. la revised as follows:
