Enclosed is a copy c,f the Core Operating Umits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 3. Reload 11, Cycle 12 (Rev.1). This COLR is Revision i to the COLR submitted to the NRC on October 31,1997. Revision 1 of this report incorporates cycle specife power-dependent ARTS (Average Power Range Monitor, Rod Block Moniior, Technical Specircations Irnprovements) curves and a supplemental reference to Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) Lead Fuel Assembly (LFA) DESLIMd.
This COLR is being submitted to the NRC in accordance with PBAPS, Unit 3 Technical Specircations (TS) Section 5.6.5.d.
