The subject task order expired on 3/29/95 and this Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 22 under the subject contract unilaterally deobligates $609.57 from the task order. The pclicy of NRC dictates that the finalization of deobligation transactions be supported by a fully executed original modification to the task order. This unilateral Modification No. 5 is issued to accommodate the NRC internal directive and provide you with a file original for your records.
