Proposed Change No.118 - Penetration Fire Barriers Gentlemen:
In Reference (b) we proposed certain changes to Maine Yankee's fire protection Technical Specifications.
It has recently come to our attention that the tEC Staff has approved the removal of fire protection elements from a licensee's Technical Specifications and incorporation of the same into the facility FSAR.
We plan to pursue a similar approach and, accordingly, we hereby request to withdraw Reference (b).
