Dear Mr. Zwolinski:
In the conclusion to the letter referenced above, it was stated that "...the six open items identified in Section 4.11 of the La Crosse ISPAR (NUREG-0827) will be satisfactorily resolved upon completion of the proposed rerouting of the two lines connected to the HPCS suction line." The two lines in question have been rerouted as per LACBWR Facility Change No. 69-85-04, during the recently completed 1986 refueling outage. The necessary drawing changes and procedure changes were completed in April and the Facility Change has been closed out.
IPSAR Section 4.11, Item (1) should, therefore, be resolved. If you have any questions concerning this issue, please contact us.
