VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT REQUEST TO REVISE TECilNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CREDIT FOR IlORON AND ENRICllMENT INCREASE FOR FUEL STORAGE CQRRiiCTION TO TYPED _J%QES Southern Nuclear letter LCV 0849 E requested changes to Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications. Enclosure 3 ofletter LCV-0849 E included marked up Technical Specification pages. By way ofletter LCV-0849-J, Southern Nuclear provided a tyi,ed copy of the Technical Specificatien changes to accompany letter LCV-0849 E.

Subsequent to submitting letter LCV-0849-J, a graphical error was found in Technical Specification Figure 4.3.1-2 (Page 4.0-5). This figure originated from Figure 9 of Westinghouse WCAP-14720, Rev. 2, which was included as Enclosure 5 ofletter LCV-0849-E. Westinghouse has corrected the figure and reissued the WCAP as Revision 3. No changes were made to the analyses or results as can be seen by comparing the results in Table 7 on Page 57 of Rev. 2 and Rev. 3 of WCAP-14720.

Enclosure i of this letter contains a comple'e replacement of all the typed pages submitted in letter LCV-0849 J. The only change was the revised Figure 4.3.1-2. Because Westinghouse revised WCAP-14720 to incorporate this change, Enclosure 2 of this letter contains a copy of Rev. 3 of WCAP-14720.

The error in Figure 4.3.1-2 was graphical in nature. No changes to the analyses were required The change does not alter the Technical Specification changes requested in
