Use of a checklist similar to the one used by NED for 10 CFR 50.59 Safety Evaluations and Screenings.
Original Commitment:
DAP 10-2 will be revised to require the use of a checklist (similar to that used by NED) to provide written negative confonnation of design issues when completing a 10 CFR 50.59 screening or Evaluation.
Revisedfemmitment:
Revised to state that the " Design Issues Worksheet" should be used for 10 CFR 50.59 Safety Evaluations and Screenings.

Peer evaluators from industry top perfonners will be utilized for quanerly reviews of RP trends.

Deletion of Commitment Basis:
The original commitment was not specific with relation to time. Quarterly reviews were conducted until the time of this action. Due to improvements in the RP area this commitment was eliminated.
