The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$73,000 thereby increasing the obligated amount $3,284,815.00 to $3,357,815.00. ,
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Paragraph H.3 KEY PERSONNEL - Remove John J. Gilbride, as onsite Project Manager. Mr. Gilbride left the employee of Puslar Data Inc., and therefore is no longer associated with this contract.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
