This is to document that the criteria for releasing material from the Manhattan College Zero Power Reactor as described in Section 8.1 of the Decommissioning Plan (Paragraph 1, p.26) will be the same as those previously stated for Paragraph 3.2.2 (p.22).
Equipment and material will only be released for unrestricted use ifit contains no detectable licensed radioactive materials when surveyed with appropriate equipment and instrumentation.
