On 1 15-98 at 1536, legacy documents were discovered in C-304 which contained classif;ed information. The documents had not been controlled as ctssified. The material was revewed and protected as cicssified. It was determined that it had not been property controlled to adequately protect it from possible compromise. The cltssified matenal was found during a sweep of the facility to ensure that all classified matenal is identified and proper 1y protected. The documents were retained and secured in a classifed repository.

NRA should ensure that this report is submitted to the NRC as required by procedure UE2 RA-RE1030. Rev. 2, Appendix D, Criteria L.4, Note 1.
