Article III - Period of Performance is revised to extend the contract term as follows:
The perforwence of work described in Article I shall commence on January 21, 1983 and shall continue through July 1,1986.
The extension of the contract term is hereby made to allow completion of task orders already assigned under the contract as of January 21, 1986.
New task orders will not be issued after that date or during the extended contract tern.

Article V
" Consideration and Payment," Section A, Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation, paragraph 1, delete the sum $1,217,997.00 and insert.

Task Order 015. " Evaluation of Major Safety Analysis Report Segments for High-Level Waste Solidification at West Valley," is revised as follows:

Paragraph 2.0 Work Required :
a.
Subtask A " Project Overview and General Information',' the last sentence is revised to read:
"We estimate six man-months will be necessary for this subtask".
2.
Subtasks I and J are hereby added for performance as part of task order 015. The efforts required shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's proposal dated January 21, 1986, incorpora ted by reference.
a.
Subtask I - Sludge Mobilization The Contractor will review and comment on preliminary information provided by DOE on sludge mobilization. The potential for radiological accidents which can affect the health and safety of the public will be assessed. We estimate two man-months effort for this subtask, i
b.
Subtask J --Visit to Savannah River Plant The Contractor will visit the Savannah River Plant to discuss recent developments on vitrification systems, particularly off-gas treatment systems, and other topics related to the solidification of high-level wastes, as related to the West Valley Demonstration Project.

Paragraph 8.0 Cost Ceiling The cost ceiling associated with this Task Order is $290,328.00, of which $266,356.00 represents the total estimated cost and
$23,972.00 represents the fixed fee.
Funds currently available for payment of work performed under this Task Order 015 through July 1,1986, are $290,328.00.
