This letter refers to the Predecisional Enforcement Conference held with you and members of your staff on October 29,1997, to discuss the apparent violations identified in Inspection Report No. 70-1151/97-200. The meeting enabled us to gain a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding the issues and the corrective actions that you have taken to assure ,
that the facility is being operated in a safe manner, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
