The purpose of this supplemental agreement is to revise the requirement for tasks 4 and 5 of the Repository Design Codes requirement to reflect delivery schedule and monetary adjustments necessary, due to delays in receipt of Government-furnished materials. Therefore, in accordance with the contractor's proposals dated 12/27/85,12/31/85, 2/6/86, 2/19/86 and 2/26/86 incorporate:
by reference, the parties agree to the following changes:

Article I, Section 8.0 List of Deliverables, is revised to delete the delivery schedule established in contract modification ten (10) for tasks 4 and 5 (Repository Design Codes) and to substitute the following schedule in lieu thereof:

Article III - Consideration and Payment, paragraphs A.1 and 2 are revised to read:
A.
Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
It is estimated that the total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of Phase I (Task I, 2 and 3), Phase II (Task 4 and 5) and Phase III (Task 7 and 8) of this contract will be $3,729,758.13, of which the sum $3,423,190.18 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $306,567.95 represents the fixed fee.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
2.
Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are increased by $39,878.13 from $3,649,949.00 to
$3,689,872.13, of which $3,383,259.18 represents the estimated reimbursable costs (an increase of $37,979.18 from
-$3,345,280.00) and of which $306,567.95 represents the fixed fee (an increase of $1,898.95 from $304,669.00).
