This refers to your January 27, 1986 letter for revisions to Certificates of Compliance No. 9176, 9159, 9177, 9178, and 9'79.

Your letter referenced the enclosure of a check for $750, which we did not receive. Application fees totalling $750 are required as specified in fee Category 10E ($150 each) of 5170.31 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170. Applicants in fee Category 10E pay an initial application fee of $150 and are subsequently billed at six-month intervals for all accumulated NRC costs or,rupon completion of the review, whichever occurs sooner. The total fee assessed will be based on the actual flRC cost (professional staff-hours) to process the application as well as any contractual cost incurred.

Based on the above, please remit the $750 fee, payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission, to my attention. If you have any questions concerning the fee, please let me know.
