As discussed during our telephone conversation on January 23,1996, enclosed are the tables of statistics on a!!egations you requested. The tables include allegations received, discrimination allegations received, substantiated allegations, and allegations still open. You rnay notice that the numbers are different from those previously reported. The quer,'es used to generate the numbers were revised to preclude counting allegations transferred from one NRC organization to another more than once Additionally, the data was audited for accuracy and some corrections were made.
