Modification No.12 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $450,000.00, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $1,846,552.00 to $2,296,552.00.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Paragraphs (c) and (d) of Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FlXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991) are hereby deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c)
The amount currentiv obligated by the government with respect to this contract is
$2,296,552.00.
(d)
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover the performance of services provided under this contract through September 30,1999."
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is given below:
