Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract No NRC-33-93-182
Dear Ms. Bilger:
The subject contract expired on January 31,1997, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligste excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 2 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $928.45. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and retum two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.
