In accordance with your application dated August 11. 1997 (Westinghouse ,

reference number NRC-97-030), and pursuhnt to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to correct the frequency of emergency exercises in the License Application from annual to biennially to be consistent with the Emergency Plan. Accordingly. .

Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of. August 11. 1997.

All other conditions of this license renuin the same.

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-110/ and the Safeguards Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion. ,

Dear Mr. Williams:

In accordanco with your apolication dated August 11, 1997 (Westinghouse reference number NRC-97-036), and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Materials License SNM 1107 is hereby amended to correct the frequency of emergency exercises in the License Application from annual to biennially to be consistent with the Emergency Plan. Accordingly.

Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of August 11, 1997.

All other conditions of this license remain the same.
