Enclosed-for your information is a letter from a California licensee to the State of Illinois.
It refers to the transfer of a radioactive source from a facility in Chicago, Illinois to the supplier's plant.
Illinois officials advised us that the source is a-100 mci americium-241 sealed source which, according to their records, had been used in a Filtec gauge, Model FT 12.
