NYN-99003 United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington,DC 20555 Seabrook Station Revision 25 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan, Revision 10 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan and Revision 10 to the Training and Qualification Plan North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has implemented, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p)(2), Revision 25 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan, Revision 10 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan and Revision 10 to the Training and Qualification Plan. North Atlantic has determined that the revisions do not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan or the Training and Qualification Plan.
Enclosures 1,2 and 3 contain the revisions to the above plans.
The enclosures to this letter contains Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosure.
