Commissioner Dicus' Comments on SECY-97-232 I approve the staffs publication of the Final Rule on Exempt Distribution and Use of a Radioactive Drug Containing One Microcerie of Carbon-14 Urea. Although the staffs responso to Comment 3 is accurate, it is not stated as clearly as it should be.
Therefore, I support the Chairman's request that staff should review its response to ensure that it accurately and clearly responds to the comment.
