Waterford 3 SES Decket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Quality Assurance Program Manual Update Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), Waterford 3 is submitting the Quality Assurance Program Manual (QAPM) updates for the period May 2,1996 to December 1,1997. The submittalincludes seven (7) sets of Quality Assurance (QA) Program Changes which are grouped acccrding to the seven revisions (12 through 18) to the QAPM Table of Contents and are incorporated in seven corresponding attachments. The changes are deemed to not result in lessening of j) commitments to the QA Program; therefore, NRC approval was not secured prior to implementation. A summary description of the changes relating to each Table of Contents revision is provided in Attachment A.
Attachments I through VI include the associated QAPM Table of Contents, the 10 CFR 50.54 Quality Assurance Program Change Review form, summary sheets, l
and the "before" and "after" changed pages for each affected chapter. The last l
version of the QAPM, Rcvision 18, is provided as Attachment Vil and includes all pages for all chapters. All affected sections are noted with revision bars in the right margin next to the changes.
