Enclosed is an application for an export license (XSNM03025), recently reteived by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. for the export of low enriched uranium, for use as reload fuel in the Fukushima 1. Unit 6 and fukushima 11.

Units 1 and 2. reactors in Japan. Assurances from Japan are required that the material will be subject to 311 of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.

Please note that a portion of the source material is of Australian origin.
