Onsite inspection of gauge (s) (list observations / measurements):
Olin Corporation used this gauge for about seven months on a trial basis.
After this trial period they decided to let Accuray Corporation take it back.
Olin is currently using seven LFE Corporation gauges, americium-241/
1000 millicuries. Olin Corporation does its own swipes on these gauges and sends them out.
