Dear Mr. Martin:
Steam Generator Tube Plugzing Report During the 1986 refueling outage, eddy current inspections of the steam generator tubes were conducted.
In accordance with Technical Specifica-tion 4.4.5.5.a. attached is a listing of the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator and the reason for the plugging. A total of 42 tubes were plugged, 36 of which were Row 2 tubes which had indications in the l
U-bend region.
