NOTICE OF VIOLATION DATED OCTOBER 24,1997
Dear Mr. Clark:
h i uknowledges receipt of your letter dated November 14,1997, in response to our letar dated October 24,1997, transmitting a Notice of Violation. This also refers to the telephone conversation of December 3,1997, between Mr. William Peters of your staff and Mr. Gecrge P&rker of my staff to discuss the two additionallost static eliminators reported to us iri your November 14,1997 letter. As discussed with you, in accordance with 10 CFR 20.2201, a wntten repor as required within 30 days of the determination of lost licensed material. Your report dated December 4,1997, was received by our office through facsimile on January 14, 1998.
We have reviewed your corrective actions as stated in your November 14,1997 letter, which appear to be adequate, and have no further quc5tions at this time.
