This letter confimis the discussion between Mr. Steve Ray of the NRC and Mr. Joel Sorensen of your staff to have a routine management meeting on Tuesday, November 25,1997, at 9:00 a.m.
(CST) at the Training Building near the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the status of improvements in operator performance and jo discuss the efforts underway to insure the adequacy of and adherence to operations procedures. This meeting is open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
