Thank you for your. letter dated May 15, 1986 in which you request assistance from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Maine's endeavor to become an Agreement State.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Office of State Programs, Mr. G. Wayne Kerr, Director, will b'e happy to work closely with Mr. Clough Toppan and will provide appropriate assistance to the State in obtaining Agreement State status.
