The subject contract expired on 08/31/1997, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate

- $15,585.00 excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution ata three (3) signed copies of the subject modification, deobligating excess funds in the arnount of $15.585.00.
