The purpose of this modification is to: 1) exercise the first option year, thereby extending the l
period of performance and increasing the total estimated amount (ceiling) for performance of the L
subject contract from $303,072 by $496,134 to $799,206,2) correct the numbering of the l
paragraphs under section B.3 Consideration and Obligation to read (a) thru (f), and 3) provide incremental funding in the amount of $200,000. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Subsection B.3 - Consideration and Oblication - Cost Reimbursement, is hereby l
deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.3 Consideration and Obliaation-Task Orders (a)
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the basic contract and first option year is $799,206.00.
l (b)
Option Year 1 is hereby exercised at a total estimated cost to the Government of
$496,134."
(c)
The total estimated cost to the Government for option year two is $511,964.
(d)
The total estimated cost to the Government for option year three is $528,886.
(e)
The total estimated cost to the Government for option year four is $545,301.
(f)
The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is
$503,072.

Under Section F - Deliveries or Performance, Paragraph, F.8 - Duration of Contract Period is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.6 Duration of Contract Period The' contract shall commence on July 28,1998 and will expire on December 31,1999. The term of this contract may be extend at the option of the Government for 3 additional one-year options.
l The amount being obligated for this modification is $200,000.00.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
