Completion of Required Technical Specification Training

Graesser letter (Byron 98-0190) to Melvyn Leach, U.S. NRC, Region III, dated June 16,1998 As discussed in the referenced letter, we have completed the current Technical Specification training for Donald G. McDermott. We provided Mr. McDermott directed self-study on the current Technical Specification rules of usage, interpretations and guidance associated with the license. A comprehensive written evaluation was conducted, which he successfully completed. Completion of these activities meets the requirements as stated in the refeienced letter liecessary for Mr. McDermott to perform SRO license duties.
