b ORDER PROHIBITING INVOLVEMENT IN NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES This is to inform the Commission that an Order Prohibiting involvement in NRC-Licensed Activities for a penod of three years will be issued en or about January 5,1998, to an unlicensed individual who formerly worked as . radiation protection technician at the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant: The action is based on an investigation conducted by the Office of Investigation, which determined that on July 21, and September 15,1996, Mr. Rich deliberately falsified records of routine radiological surveys lequired by the licensee's procedures.

It should be noted that the individual has not been specifically informed of the enforcement action. The schedule of issuance and notification is:
