1 Scientech, Inc.

2 NRC-04-96-060, Mod. #6 The purpose of this modification is to make administrative corrections to the previously issued modification #5. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1) Under Subsection B.3 e.ntitled CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXE FEE,' paragraph (f) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:

'(f)

It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through September 23,1998.*

2) Under Section C.3 Scope of Work, Task Area 4, the contractor is authorized to purchase a Dell Workstation at a cost of not more than $9,000.

A summary of obligations for this contract from contract awerd date through the date of this action is given below:
