Task Order No. 221 entitled. "00AD_ CITIES' SYSTEM OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE INSPECTION (S0PI)" under NRC-03-95-026 This confirms verbal authorization provided to you_ on October 24. 1997, to-proceed with the subject task order, with a temporary cost ceiling of
$5,000.00.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed LStatement of Work.
Task Order No. 221 shall be effective October 24, 1997 through December 12.
1997. -The total cost ceiling is $36.838.00, which is inclusive of the
