Docket No. 50-289 Operating License No. DPR-50 Withdrawel of Technical Specification Changes Requests 227 & 258 d Witt this letter GPU Nuclear is withdrawing its pending requests for changes to the Technical Speufications submitted as Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 227 on January 16,1995 and TSCR No. 258 on December 24,1996 which are currently open issues with the NRC. TSCR No. 227 was approved in Amendment No.198 on October 10,1995 except for a request to change the surveillance specifications regarding the run time of the Control Room Ventilation fans. TSCR No. 258 involved changes related to the Auxiliary & Fu91 liandling Ventilation System and the Fuel Handling ESF Ventilation System.
