Modification N3. 7 to Task Order No.12 under Contract No. NRC-33-92 203
Dear Ms. Hutchinson:
- The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance from January 31, 1998, through September 30,1998; (2) increase the ceiling amount of this task order by
$533,299.60 from $2,446,767,42 to $2,980,067.02; (3) obligate FY98 funds in the amount of
$500,000.00 which thereby increases the obligated amount from $2,179,000.00 to
$2,679,000.00; and, (4) to revise the statement of work in accordance with the Contractor's September 10,1997, proposal for this task order modification.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter dated September 28,1995, are hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No.12 shall be in effect from August 3,1992, through September 30,1998, with a total cost ceiling of $2,980,067.02. The amount of $2,865,449.06 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $114,617.90 represents the fixed feo.
The amount presently obligated with respect tu this task order is $2,679,000.00 of which the amount of $2,575,961.54 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$103,038.46 represents the fixed fee
