ORDER Oral argument on the appeal of Francis X. Bellotti, Attorney General of Massachusetts, from portions of the Licensing Board's April 29, 1986 memorandum and order will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 1986, in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.1 Each side will be allotted one hour for the presentation of its argument.2 The Attorney General may, if he so desires, reserve a reasonable portion of his time for rebuttal.

1 By May 29, 1986 letter, the parties were informally advised of the time and place of the argument.

For this purpose, the Attorney General constitutes one side; the applicants and the NRC staff constitute the other side.
