Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through December 31, 1999.
Task Order No. 9 is hereby modified as follows:
Task Order No. 9 will be in effect from May 1, 1998 through December 31.
