Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through December 31, 1999.
Task Order No. 5 is hereby modified as follows:
Task Order No. 5 will be in effect from May 5, 1995 through December 31.
1999."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
Total FY94 Obligation Amount $134.266.83 Total FY97 Obligation Amount $180,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $314.260.83 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. 5 remain the same.
